You are invisible where it counts
A homeowner searches, the map shows three businesses, and you are not one of them. The quality of your work has nothing to do with it.
Growth Systems for Local Contractors
Turn your website and Google presence into a smarter source of high-value projects.
We track your position for 3–5 searches that matter, work your visibility for seven days, then show you exactly what moved. No card. No contract.
The problem
Four things quietly take projects off established contractors, and not one of them is about craftsmanship.
A homeowner searches, the map shows three businesses, and you are not one of them. The quality of your work has nothing to do with it.
Companies you would not hire yourself are taking the call, because they set their Google profile up properly and you never did.
They reach your website, cannot tell in five seconds whether you do their job in their town, and go back to the results page.
The phone rings while the crew is pouring. Nobody calls back until tomorrow. By then they have hired somebody else.
What we do
We do not sell strategy decks, brand work or social media. These three, in this order — the cheap fast ones multiply everything slow and expensive that comes after.
Own the three results homeowners actually call.
Your Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field — starting with the primary category, which caps everything downstream if it is wrong. Every service written the way customers search for it. Hours that include holidays. Then a website structured to mirror the profile, so Google can verify what you claim instead of taking your word for it. Listings corrected everywhere they disagree.
Be the obvious pick of the three.
An engine that runs off completed jobs rather than somebody remembering — every finished job asks that customer, worded to get a real sentence about the work instead of a bare star. Your back catalogue worked through once from your own phone, which converts far better than anything automated. Replies handled, good and bad.
Nothing that rings goes unanswered.
Missed-call text-back, so a caller you could not reach gets a text in seconds instead of voicemail. Automatic replies on form fills inside a minute. Every call and form tracked to the search that produced it. A pipeline so no estimate goes quiet because it slipped somebody’s mind.
Proof
Anyone can search their own business and screenshot a flattering result — Google personalises what you see, so it tells you nothing. We scan your entire service area instead. Grey means buried past twenty. Green means the three homeowners actually call.
The day-zero scan cannot be recreated later. It is the first thing we do, before a single change.
The diagnosis
Five places a local business leaks work. Almost nobody leaks at all five — and the one that is actually capping you is usually not the one you think. Working that out is the whole job of the first conversation.
You do not appear on the map for the jobs you want, in the places you serve.
You appear, but the profile beside yours has ninety reviews and yours has four.
They pick you and then cannot reach you in one tap from a phone.
They call, nobody picks up, and the next name on the list does.
Work is coming in and you genuinely cannot say which of it came from where.
Fixing the wrong one is how a year and a retainer disappear with nothing to show. The free test starts by finding out which one it is.
The difference
Every row below is a decision we made on purpose, and most of them cost us money.
| Most agencies | Hometown Hero | |
|---|---|---|
| Contract length | Six to twelve month lock-in | Month to month, cancel any time |
| Who they take on | Anyone with a card | One contractor per trade, per market |
| What the report leads with | Rankings and impressions | Jobs booked and revenue — rankings second |
| The guarantee | None, or a ranking promise nobody controls | 3X what you paid in 90 days, or we work free |
| How rankings are proven | A screenshot from their own phone | A scan of your whole service area, before and after |
| When it starts working | They sell you the next package | We tell you to stop building |
| Who owns the website | Theirs. You rent it monthly | Yours. It transfers with you |
| Who owns the profile | Often held over you on the way out | Always yours — remove our access any time |
What happens
Including the part most agencies leave out — the month where it looks like nothing is happening.
We scan your whole service area before touching anything. That map is the only honest before-and-after you will get, and it cannot be recreated later. Then the phone: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead, tracking on every call.
The leak stops before a single ranking moves.
The Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field. The review engine switched on so it fires off completed jobs. Listings corrected wherever they disagree about your name, address or hours.
Reviews start arriving weekly, unattended.
Pages built in batches — one per service, one per category, all pointed at your city and structured to mirror the profile. Published in stages and re-scanned between them, so we can see what actually moved rather than guess.
The quiet month. We tell you in advance.
Your map side by side against day zero, with the specific searches that entered the top three named. Jobs and revenue measured against the numbers you gave us on the first call.
The guarantee is settled here.
Who you are working with
You will talk to the people doing the work. Nothing is outsourced and nobody is learning on your account.
Came up through Cardone Advertising, Gym Launch, Elite CEOs and Franchise Empire — building the acquisition side of businesses that had to make payroll, not slide decks.
Sam's operator background goes here.
Fit
Worth being straight about it before either of us spends time.
What it costs
Everything above is included. There is no bigger package.
Cancel any time. The work has to keep earning its place — if it stops, you should not be paying for it.
The jobs we send you will be worth at least three times what you have paid us within ninety days — or we keep working at no charge until they are.
Against $3,991 that is $11,973 in tracked work. For most of the businesses we take on, that is one or two projects.
A lead counts when it arrives through the tracking we install at kickoff. Its value is your own average job value multiplied by your close rate, using the figures you give us on day one — we count leads rather than closed revenue because a large project does not sign on the first call, and you should not have to wait on that to know whether this is working.
Questions
We record where you currently rank for three to five searches that matter, work on your Google visibility for seven days, then show you the same scan again. No card, no contract. You keep the scans either way — if nothing moved, you have learned something useful for free.
Only if it is holding you back, and we show you why before touching it. If a page is already ranking, we leave it alone. Rewriting something that works is the most common way agencies cost their clients money.
No. ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro — that stays your system of record and we add the capture layer on top. Missed-call text-back is not native to any of them, so that part is ours either way.
About an hour a month. Access at the start, three numbers on the first call — average job value, close rate, current monthly jobs — and a monthly check-in where we fill in what closed together. That last one is the whole basis of the guarantee.
No. Month to month. The website, the content and the Google profile are yours and stay yours if you leave.
One contractor per trade, per market. We are not going to sell the same service to the business you are trying to beat.
Next step
We record where you rank today for the searches that matter, work your visibility for a week, and show you the same scan again. No card, no contract, and you keep the scans either way.
