Why we exist

Great contractors are
falling behind,
and it is not the work.

You spent years building a name your town trusts. Then newer companies showed up with sharper marketing and started taking the jobs you would have won.

Now Google changes how it ranks people every few months, AI answers questions before anyone clicks a website, and nobody has told you which of it matters. So you are guessing, or you are ignoring it and hoping the phone keeps ringing.

That is the part we take off your hands. You keep doing the work you are good at. We make sure the people looking for it can find you.

The problem

Great contractors are being overlooked online.

The most trustworthy-looking company wins locally, not the best one. Nobody told you the rules changed, so it has quietly cost you jobs. Right now your strategy is hoping the phone rings.

  1. You are invisible where it counts

A homeowner searches, or asks AI who the best in town is, and the same three names come back. Yours is not one of them. The quality of your work has nothing to do with it.

  2. Nothing online says you are the safe choice

They find you, then they compare. The profile beside yours has ninety reviews and photos of finished work. Yours has four reviews and a logo. They pick whoever looks safer, not whoever builds better.

  3. Your website does not close the gap

They reach your site and cannot tell in five seconds that you do their job, in their town, to the standard they want. So they go back to the results page and call somebody else.

  4. Good work goes cold because nothing catches it

The phone rings while the crew is pouring. There is no system behind you, so the callback happens tomorrow, if anyone remembers. By then they have hired whoever picked up first.

The Maps Money Machine

Six things that get you more of the right jobs, and get you paid what the work is worth.

  1. Reviews, Reputation & Reactivation

Reviews are what Google and AI both read to decide whether you are worth recommending, and profiles above fifty of them pull 4.4x the clicks of profiles under five. The other half nobody works is already sitting in your CRM: the quotes that went quiet and the customers who have not heard from you in a year.

A past-customer list being worked automatically, with rebooked and upsold jobs coming back out
  2. Local SEO & Map Pack

The top three map results take 93% more calls and clicks than positions four to ten. That line is the whole game in local search: above it you are the obvious choice, below it you are whoever is left after the first three did not pick up.

  3. Conversion-Built Website

You get about five seconds before a homeowner decides you are not it and goes back to the results page. Your site has to say you do their job, in their town, to their standard, inside that window, or everything spent getting them there is wasted.

A busy homepage with many exits beside a single page with one match and one action
  4. Lead Capture & Follow-Up

78% of homeowners hire whoever answers first, and only 12% of contractors reply inside five minutes. That gap is the cheapest work available to you, because it is the lead you have already paid for and it is going to somebody else while the crew is pouring.

A new lead texting in and getting an automatic reply within seconds
  5. Local Service & Search Ads

Paid search earns its money once the rest of it is converting, and not one day before. Buying clicks into a profile with four reviews and a site that does not book is how contractors decide marketing does not work for them. We tell you when you are ready, which is usually later than you want to hear.

Local Service Ads at the top of a search result, with a booked call
  6. Social Media Ads

The biggest projects get decided months before anybody types anything into Google. Meta puts your finished work in front of the homeowners still thinking about it, which only makes sense once you have the capacity to take the volume it brings.

Proof

A scan of the whole market. Not a screenshot from our phone.

After: ranking #1 and top-three across the entire local market
Before: buried at rank 20+ across the local market
BEFORE AFTER

A representative before-and-after of a full service-area scan. This is an example, not a named client result. When a client's own grid is cleared for publication it replaces this, with the company, the trade and the market named.

Client work

Sites we built, for contractors who own them.

Every one of these transfers with the client if they leave. That is the whole point.

Pool builder · Middle Tennessee

Waterscapes

Where they were

A homepage that led with the word LUXURY over a stock-feeling hero, no phone number anywhere above the fold, and two grey text links where the buttons should have been. Nothing on the screen said what they build, who they build it for, or where.

What we changed

Rebuilt the page around the job instead of the mood. Phone number pinned to the top bar, one headline that names the outcome, copy that says gunite pools, Middle Tennessee, in-house crews, free 3D rendering, and fifty years. Two real calls to action, and the proof strip moved above the fold.

Where it actually breaks

Five places a job goes missing. You only need one of them to be leaking.

  1. 1

    Visibility

You do not appear on the map for the jobs you want, in the places you serve.

  2. 2

    Selection

You appear, but the profile beside yours has 90 reviews and yours has four.

  3. 3

    Contact

They pick you and then cannot reach you in one tap from a phone.

  4. 4

    Response

They call, nobody picks up, and the next name on the list does.

  5. 5

    Measurement

Work is coming in and you genuinely cannot say which of it came from where.

The Maps Money Machine 7-Day Trial

Seven days. We move you up the map before you pay us anything.

We would rather show you than tell you, so we do a week of real work on your Google presence first and let the scan decide whether this is worth having.

  1. 01

We scan your whole market first

Before we touch anything we record exactly where you rank across your service area for the searches that bring real projects. That scan is the only honest before-and-after you will ever get, and it cannot be recreated later.

  2. 02

We work your profile for 7 days

Real work, not a report. The primary category, the services written the way people actually search for them, the hours, the listings that disagree about your name. The fixes that move a profile fastest, done first.

  3. 03

We scan again and show you what moved

Same searches, same grid, 7 days apart. You keep both scans whether you carry on with us or not, so at worst you have learned exactly where you stand for free.

To qualify, you need

  • An existing Google Business Profile you can give us access to
  • A defined service area you actually work in
  • An average job value above $20,000
  • The capacity to take on more work if it arrives

If you do not clear that bar we will tell you on the first call rather than take your money, because the guarantee only works when the maths does.

The first 90 days

What happens, and when. Including the quiet month.

We tell you what we are doing in each phase before we do it, including the month where it looks like nothing is happening, so that you are never left wondering whether you are paying for work that is actually getting done.

  1. 01 Week 1–2

    Baseline and capture

We scan your whole service area before touching anything. That map is the only honest before-and-after you will get, and it cannot be recreated later. Then the phone: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead, tracking on every call.

The leak stops before a single ranking moves.

  2. 02 Week 2–4

    Profile and reviews

The Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field. The review engine switched on so it fires off completed jobs. Listings corrected wherever they disagree about your name, address or hours.

    Reviews start arriving weekly, unattended.

  3. 03 Day 30–60

    The website

Pages built in batches, one per service, one per category, all pointed at your city and structured to mirror the profile. Published in stages and re-scanned between them, so we can see what actually moved rather than guess.

The quiet month. We tell you in advance.

  4. 04 Day 60–90

    Proof, then the decision

Your map side by side against day zero, with the specific searches that entered the top 3 named. Jobs and revenue measured against the numbers you gave us on the first call.

    The guarantee is settled here.

The founders

We are not contractors. We are the people the agencies hire.

Josh Madu and Sam Reidy met in the trenches of the marketing world, inside Gym Launch, Conversionly and Elite CEOs. Between them they have run 300+ ad accounts and millions in ad spend, and both climbed to Director of Marketing.

From the inside they watched agencies keep contractors in the dark. Smoke and mirrors instead of an education, jargon instead of results, and reports full of numbers nobody could act on.

So they built the opposite. You work straight with the people building your systems. You know what is happening and why. And everything we build is yours the day we build it, because it was never ours.

Run your own numbers

Your jobs. Your close rate. Your money.

We are not going to tell you what this is worth. Put in what a job is actually worth to you, what you close, and how much work you want the system feeding you. Then the page will tell you what that pipeline is worth against what you pay us.

A tracked lead is counted at job value × close rate, not at closed revenue, because a large project does not sign on the first call. The lead number is yours to set. We do not promise a lead volume on this page and you should not trust anybody who does. Everything on the right is revenue, not profit.

Each tracked lead is worth $9,000
What you pay us a month $997
Added to your pipeline every month $45,000
45x in new revenue for every $1 of our fee. Your job costs come out of the revenue, not out of the fee.

Over the first 90 days you pay us $3,991, setup included. Everything above is measured against that, and against the numbers you give us on the first call, not against a report we write ourselves.

Questions

The ones that come up on every first call.

What exactly is the free 7-Day Trial?

We record where you currently rank for 3 to 5 searches that matter, work on your Google visibility for 7 days, then show you the same scan again. No card, no contract. You keep the scans either way. If nothing moved, you have learned something useful for free.

I already have a website. Does it get replaced?

Only if it is holding you back, and we show you why before touching it. If a page is already ranking, we leave it alone. Rewriting something that works is the most common way agencies cost their clients money.

I already have a CRM. Do I have to switch?

No. ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro all stay your system of record and we add the capture layer on top. Missed-call text-back is not native to any of them, so that part is ours either way.

What do you actually need from me?

About an hour a month. Access at the start, 3 numbers on the first call (average job value, close rate, current monthly jobs) and a monthly check-in where we fill in what closed together. That last one is the whole basis of the guarantee.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month to month. The website, the content and the Google profile are yours and stay yours if you leave.

Do you work with my competitors?

One contractor per trade, per market. We are not going to sell the same service to the business you are trying to beat.

Who this is for

We turn down more contractors than we take.

One per trade, per market. That is not scarcity copy. It is the only way to run a guarantee and still look your client in the eye. Here is the line, in both directions.

This is for you if

  • Your average job is over $20,000One or two extra projects has to be worth real money to you, or nothing else on this page holds up.
  • You serve a defined local marketTowns you can name and drive to. This is local search. If you work nationally it is the wrong tool entirely.
  • You have crews to take more workWe turn the tap up. If you are already at capacity, more leads is a stress, not a service.
  • You want to own the assetThe site, the content and the profile end up yours and transfer with you. That only matters if you intend to still be here in five years.

Do not apply if

  • You are under $20,000 a jobWe will tell you on the first call rather than take the money. The guarantee stops being safe to offer and you would be funding our learning.
  • You need work this weekReviews and follow-up move fast, rankings do not. Day 30 to 60 is deliberately quiet and we say so in advance.
  • You want to buy leads, not buildShared leads sold four times over are a different business. Cheaper per lead, and you never own anything.
  • Your competitor already signedOne contractor per trade, per market. If your market is taken we will say so on the first call.

Start here

See where you actually rank, before you decide anything.

We scan your whole service area for the searches that bring you real projects and we show you exactly where you sit today, so that you can decide what to do about it with real information instead of a sales pitch. You keep the scans either way.

Qualifying applies. See whether you are a fit before you book.

Tell us what you run. We will tell you straight.
